Maintenance

At Lashawn cleaning services We have a full time staff that will respond very quickly to any maintenance needs arises. Services charge $35 is applied to all maintenance calls. This charge is to go to the unit to see what is wrong and if fixable or need to be replaced.

Services charge doesn’t include price for changing parts and material.
All trips to Lowes, home depot & harbor freight will be charge a trip fee.
Services:

1. Repair replace fill valve in toilet.
2. Replace toilet handle
3. Replace flopper valve in toilet.
4. Repair and replace tank to bolt to toilet ceil and gasket .
5. Remove and replace kitchen faucet.
6. Remove and replace bathroom vanity faucet
7. Replace wax ring seal in toilet.
8. Install new shower/ curtain rod.
9. Install interior door knob.
10. Repair/ remove and install light fixtures etc.
11. Remove and replace an entire toilet

Any items that is not listed for our general maintenance this bill will be billed at $30.75 per hour. Starting time to upon arrival and ending time of maintenance staff.
